Crookdell is a landmark and instance within Rath Teraig in Ered Luin. ^{[24.3S, 98.4W]}

Nested deep within the western ridges of Rath Teraig lies the hidden and largest goblin camp, Crookdell. The camp by the gates into the valley is just for the guards, then a trail runs uphill/clockwise all around the guards' camp, past a guarded gate to the north, and there the even more powerful goblins are settled. This is not an adventure for the faint of heart and to obtain the deed it may be wiser to do the epic instance.

Crookdell is where the united epic prologue for new dwarf and elf characters comes to a resolution with the epic instance: Assault on Rath Teraig. While the dwarves had abducted Avorthal the goblins capture his father, Cardavor, who ventured to Crookdell to rescue a mystic Sara Oakheart.
