1. Purchase guild recipes from Honesty Goodbody, the Cook's Guild Repast Recipes vendor
2. Craft any or all of the recipes to make "repasts"
3. Right-click on the repasts or give them to Aesseledh, the Cook's Guild Leader
4. Rinse and repeat
