Blood-hand Ongbúrz can be found within Ost Dunhoth in Enedwaith. Two of them spawn in Gortheron's North Downs wave.
Abilities
Difficulty Tier II On Tier 2
They have the ability to put a light green circle on the floor that heals the mobs within it. If Gortheron is in one of such circles, he should be moved immediately. To prevent the Blood-hand Ongbúrz to spawn these circles, they can be crowd-controlled, for instance by dazes, stuns and fears.
