Description
Violet Underhill is found at Narrowcleeve, in the Shire.
She is a member of the Vigilance Committee, a group of Hobbits who have taken it upon themselves to keep the peace where the busy Bounders are unable to help. She set off to investigate reports of strange outsiders camping at Narrowcleeve but hasn't been seen since she left.
