Location

Vale-drakes are found within the Wyrmdelf caverns in Entwash Vale ^{[45.1S, 61.6W]}. There is also often a single drake flying above the Southern Aurochs-herd and the South-east Aurochs-herd (see Notes below) .

Notes

You will sometimes find the Vale-drake on the ground, among the members of the Aurochs herds. More often, it will appear over the herd while you are doing the [80] A Lot of Bull quest. You may suddenly notice that the aurochs seem to be using a flame attack! Because of its high angle, it may be difficult to target the drake directly, using either mouse or keyboard. If you deselect all mobs, the drake's next attack may make it your selection target. Now you can use the selection's location in the radar to apply ranged and melee attacks against it.
