Hi, usually it is not necessary to create a talk page to record simple changes to a page.

If you fill in the change summary, that is usually sufficient. A specific example of an unnecessary talk page is [[Talk:Ambassador to the Elves]]. I would be inclined to suggest that you delete this page with reason "Author request".

Remember too, that we can always click on view history to compare any pair of versions of a page, so it is very easy to see what changes were made at every point in a page's life cycle. RingTailCat (talk) 10:38, 7 April 2012 (EDT)
