Rework of this template (Update 2 redesign)

I have no idea how to make templates :D but i have made a table design that can be use to continue the work. Basically it needs the items placed in the proper places etc. check User:Marble/Sandbox --Marble 18:11, 6 April 2011 (EDT)

I have actually gotten somewhere on this. Please check it out and see if we can take this live. I guess someone who is good in Templates could also clean it up and check for errors :D --Marble 06:06, 7 April 2011 (EDT)
