Document the TIER parameter

The Tier parameter needs to be documented or eliminated -- and especially WHERE the information comes from to enable it to be verified, and modified if and when Turbine changes it.

From my experience, this information is simply guesswork and has no source within the game.

Here's another data point from Item:Keeper of Eldar Days III: +1160 Critical Defence and Beleriand damage type. I can log onto Bullroarer today and barter for the remaining Dol Amroth LI titles with copied characters. Still missing values for most of Quickbeam's LI titles, I believe. -Laineth (talk) 16:54, 7 September 2014 (UTC)

I don't have a high-level LM or RK to barter for Critical Flame III and Critical Storm III, but here are the values for the rest of the DA titles:

• Potency of Eldar Days III: +460 Critical Rating and Beleriand Damage
• Keeper of Eldar Days III: +1160 Critical Defence and Beleriand Damage
• Critical Flame III: ? (probably +460 Critical Rating and +5% Fire Damage)
• Critical Light III: +460 Critical Rating and +5% Light Damage
• Critical Storm III: ? (probably +460 Critical Rating and +5% Lightning Damage)
• Ardent Strike III: +856 Physical Mitigation and +460 Critical Rating
• Ardent Shield III: +856 Physical Mitigation and +1160 Critical Defence
• Enduring Tactics III: +856 Tactical Mitigation and +460 Critical Rating
• Enduring Support III: +856 Tactical Mitigation and +1160 Critical Defence

Edited for Update 20.1.2

I went through a full round of testing on all of the titles and am working on updating this template correspondingly. Interestingly I figured out that the "+... Damage to Something-kind" titles actually level scale based on the base DPS of the item they're placed on. This is also now reflected in this template. --Gaerlin (talk) 00:19, 16 July 2017 (UTC)
