I will update the usage and examples here in time... for now see documentation for this template here: [1]

Current types and suggested colour usage

Eleazaros proposed a usage for a few colours, here they are along with my comments:

  • Gray/Blak scale = "system work" -- cleanup, rewrite needed, merge, split, wikify, etc...
I'll agree here for grey as system message colour
  • Blue scale = player/kinship info.
no objections here as well
  • Purple scale = traits, classes, etc.... -- based upon the colors we use in most tables.
it looks to me like we're using mostly light shades of blue in those tables, so we might want to switch this to colours, or just use purplish one for traits, classes and skills...
  • Red scale = Monster Player/Tribe info.
I'd prefer leaving this one for certain system messages like delete notice, we could probably going for different shades of red.
  • Orange scale = Monster Play info.
I'd prefer leaving this one for content notices, but like above we could try using different shade of orange.
  • Yellow could be used for style notices, maybe move wikify and cleanup to yellow as well...

We have a few colours that aren't used, like green and black for example and I'm open to suggestions for how we can use them. As soon as we agree on most colours I'll go ahead and implement them as style and change a few templates around... --Xander 04:28, 31 January 2008 (PST)

Odd behaviour in lists

The problem came from the following scenario:

* <table> ...
</table>
* ...

And can be fixed if you change it to

* <table> ... </table>
* ...

as you can see:

  • ...
  • ...

Don't ask me why this happens, looks like a bug in mediawiki. --EoD (talk) 19:39, 15 September 2011 (EDT)
