Usage
Administrators can use this template to let users know when they've been promoted.
For example, using {{subst:Promotion|Ninja}} will add your signature and generate:
You've been promoted!
Congratulations, Promotion!
You've been promoted to the level of Ninja! The Wiki is successful because of dedicated fans like yourself, and we thank you for your contributions to it!
