Err, 0 Power per Second? That doesn't seem to make sense. If it's a toggle skill and it doesn't require any power while toggled, why not just leave out power usage in the first place? --Fedaykin 10:26, 24 November 2007 (PST)

You have to remember that most of the skills have been done from a view of lvl 1 character for all classes... and all damage, power and morale costs scale with level and some also with your stats... --Xander 10:43, 24 November 2007 (PST)
