Our tactic this evening (for which I claim no credit as I've never met them before ;) ): Same to start with, then once Shadow-eater reached approx the same morale as Stone-biter one group moved to take biter on while the other stayed put on eater. I second this strategy. Our raid used it last night, and the fight was a piece of cake. As such I have updated the page to reflect the new tactic. I've also changed the MT assignment to Stone-Biter, since Shadow-Eater doesn't hit very hard and doesn't require the best tanking while being burned down. --Fedaykin 16:45, 14 November 2007 (PST)

Odd

My knsman LM who took the Stone-biter inspect also did Shadow-eater. It looks nothing like Anarchie's *puzzled* - his guess is it takes into account debuffs but ... I dunno ... any guesses? DancesInTrees 02:16, 4 December 2007 (PST)

Can I suggest you take them as often as possible throughout the fight? - in case it changes during it (if that's the case it's scary!). DancesInTrees 03:09, 4 December 2007 (PST)

It's not the only case of this, I do not have any screenshots, but our LRM has scanned a few bosses as well, and the scans don't always match... we also assumed that it might come from debuffs...

as for Shadow-eater it might be interesting to see if the stats change after Stone-biter is dead and vice-versa... --Xander 09:12, 4 December 2007 (PST)

dread

I noticed yesterday that he didnt deliver 5 dread. Im not 100% sure but im pretty sure i had 1 dread on a +5 hope pot. Can anyone confirm? --Anarchie 22:45, 6 January 2008 (PST)
