For me, rank 36 gives me +512.726 and rank 37 gives 525.528; this is not the same as in the list. Could this be because of some other trait?

There have been several updates (including a major update - 14) since the data was entered in February of 2014.

Turbine is constantly "tweaking" values in efforts to achieve "balance" in the game.

Feel free to update the table with your values.
