General Information
Symphony of the Hopeful Heart is a skill that can be used once the Minstrel has acquired the legendary trait Symphony of the Hopeful Heart by finding all the pages associated with the book The Rising Chord. The quest may be begun at level 39 by purchasing the book from a Minstrel trainer.
Effect
Places an aura in a 10-meter radius around the location where it was cast. This aura casts the effect Symphony of the Hopeful Heart and grants +4 Hope, as well as 10% incoming healing to anyone standing inside of it. In addition, anyone who stays in the aura for 6 seconds will receive the Piercing Overture buff. When they exit the aura, they will then receive Piercing Finale, increasing their resistance and avoidance penetration.
Notes
Using the skill places the aura directly in front of you, with you at the very outer bounds of the effect radius. If you have the Piercing Finale buff, entering the aura again will immediately dispel it and you will have to wait the 6 seconds to receive Piercing Overture again.
This skill was known as Song of the Hopeful Heart, before Update 2.
