The kinship was founded by Orome Alderon largely on the basis of "you're more likely to get into beta if you're in a kinship", and has grown somewhat beyond expectations. We have a membership of around 60 and are accepting new recruits. We have many members who freely give of their time or loot to help other kin.

Raids
Although we class ourselves as a non-raiding kinship, those of us who wish to entered the Rift most weeks. We have had fun learning together, and on 29.12.07 we finally downed Thrâng. After a lengthy break, we set to work on Thaulach, he took a while but was on farm status for the last 2 months before Moria.
Meanwhile in 2013, while we still don't think of ourselves as a Raiding Kin, if you check out our calender you will see that we do actually raid quite a lot - this month has seen us in Draigoch's Lair, Tower of Orthanc, Sammath Gul and Barad Guldur as well as a variety of three man instances, skirmishes etc. However, joining in raids and groups is not a requirement for kin membership!
