History
The wind drove cold over the Trollshaws when the Elven Hunter Allasseia met with the Elven Lore-master Adanwe in the House of Elrond. It was hard times. Allasseia had been contacted by Adanwe to discuss things of the biggest priority. Allasseia had to leave her beloved home of Lindon to get to Rivendell, where Adanwe was waiting for her. During her travel, she found that the road had grown dangerous. Orcs and goblins lure everywhere, she had to be on alert all the time. She had to travel southwards, below the Shire. Then she turned north when she came to the Misty Mountains. When she had travelled 2 miles north of Caradhras she was attacked by a bear. She was surprised attacked and the bow was thrashed by the bear. She took up her knife and drew it into the bears chest, this however only slightly wounded the bear and enraged it further. She was tossed to the ground by the far more powerful brar, and she knew that if the bear attacked, she wouldn't survive. Then from nowhere another bear came, but this bear attacked the great bear, and the night was lightened up by a firebolt, and forth came Adanwe. Together Adanwe and Allasseia chased away the bear.
- You must be more careful in this woods, said Adanwe
- I did'nt know they grewed so dangerous here, said Allasseia
- They have, the only safe place now is Rivendell. Perhaps soon, not even Rivendell will be safe anymore, said Adanwe. Now come. We need to talk, but not here.
- Ok, then Rivendell it is, said Allasseia.
They travelled fast and swift, though Allasseia didn't remember much of this lands, she found paths that took them to Rivendell in an impressive pace. When they reached Rivendell she was heartly welcome, visitors in Rivendell had been quite few the last couple of years. She took a nice meal and then slept for hours. When she woke up she wandered in the beautiful halls of Elrond's house. Near noon, Adanwe came and took her to a quite place.
- So, you wanted me to come? asked Allasseia. What for?
- If you calm down, i will tell you. Said Adanwe. Troublesome times will come ahead. Angmar has risen in the north. The fighting has already erupted in Ettenmoors. Yet our brave men stand against the armies of Carn Dûm. But how long? We need to help them.
- But how? How can two Elves help against legions of Orcs? Allasseia asked.
- The free peoples are fighting against eachother, in the meanwhile darkness grows stronger. We must unite them, and lead them against the hordes of Carn Dûm. Said Adanwe. I thought of making a group of elite elven fighters, under our own command, to march against Angmar. Now i see that we need to incorporate all the other peoples as well, Hobbits, Men and even Dwarves. This elite group will be needed to support the armies of light.
- I don't think the dwarves will come. And i don't trust them either. Said Allasseia.
- Victory can now only the achieved if all is helping, without the dwarves we will lose. Said Adanwe. We need the dwarves. If you trust them or not, they will be in.
- It takes up all of my strength to accept it. Said Allasseia. But ok, we will take them in. But you who have thought of everything, don't you have a proper name for this group?
- I will rather call it Kinship, and i think that Tel'Anor Arator is a good name. Said Adanwe.
- Tel'Anor Arator? Hmmm, The Sun Champions, Said Allasseia. Hmmmmm, yees. Yes, that will be good. We will fight for the sun and the light against darkness.
- So, a good place to start cleanse evil is Ered Luin, Said Adanwe.
- Ered Luin?? Which evil have come there? When i left it was almost as safe as it is here. Said Allasseia.
- It was before, after you left Ered Luin, goblins have invaded. Said Adanwe.
- I don't know how you have gotten this information. But we must hurry and defend Ered Luin then. We will have to postpone the creation of the kinship until we reach Duillond. If it's true what you say. We can't have much time, said Allasseia.
