Bestowal dialogue

'You have shown me what a true alliance should be, <name>...and what Saruman has offered is no alliance. He has stolen our warriors and made us slaves. It is clear that the people of Dunland are nothing to him but thralls.

'Let us return to Galtrev now. Perhaps with your help, I can demand a fair alliance from the White Hand peoples stationed in our village.'

NOTE: This is a solo instance and cannot be completed in a fellowship.

Background

It has become apparent to many that the White Hand alliance with the folk of Galtrev is not a fruitful one for the people of Pren Gwydh.

Objective 1

  • Accompany Tomos establish a fair alliance between the people of Galtrev and the White Hand

Tomos is at the outskirts of the Dragon-clan's encampment in western Pren Gwydh.

You should speak with Tomos to travel to Galtrev.

Tomos: 'Are you ready to leave, <name>? Come...let us return to Galtrev together.'
Complete the Instance: The Meaning of Alliance.

Objective 2

Mari is in Galtrev, the main village of Pren Gwydh.

You should speak with Mari in Galtrev.

Mari: 'We are safe, even if only for a short time. Rest, friend. Retribution may still come, but I hope it will not be soon.'
Mari: 'You fought bravely for our people, <name>! You are a true hero...like the folk in the old tales. We owe you much!
'Thanks to you, our people are slaves to the White Hand no longer. But I fear that Saruman will retaliate when he heas of what happened here.'
