'The number of guardians that have achieved your level of skill are few, <name>. The dwarf Wáli is one, and by his stout heart are the plans of many foes thwarted. Wáli may have words for a guardian such as you, if you seek him out at his station.

'Wáli maintains his vigilance at the outpost of Noglond, south of Thorin's Hall and west of the dwarf-city of Gondamon in Ered Luin. Speak to him if you wish to know the counsel of a courageous guardian.'
