Bestowal dialogue

'So you are the might <class> of whom everyone has spoken so well! Word of your valour and courage has reached my ears, but seeing as I am a disbelieving sort, I would like to see if you are made for the sort of challenge I have to offer you.

'Many great and wicked things nest in the rot of Skûmfil, <name>. One such great creature is the grodbog-queen, Brúmbereth. The corpses of the Orcs nourish her young and she grows fat and strong on the rancid flesh of our enemies.

'If you are truly all that they say you are, you will go to Skûmfil and face Brúmbereth, matron of evil. I want you to bring me her carapace as proof that she is dead. This will not be an easy task, but it is not impossible. There is no shame in bringing friends with you on this venture.'

Background

No living Man, Elf, halfling, or dwarf will want to set foot in Skûmfil, grave of the Orcs, feeding and breeding ground of vile kergrim and slavering gredbyg. There the Orcs pile their dead, and there disgusting creatures feast on rotten waste.

Objective 1

Brúmbereth grows strong and raises many spawn among the corpses of Ircs in Skûmfil, south-east of the Twenty-first Hall where Eilíefr stands.

Eilíefr has challenged you to defeat Brúmbereth in Skûmfil as prrof of your worth as a warrior. Few are wilful enough to withstand the reek of that horrific place.

Objective 2

Brúmbereth grows strong and raises many spawn among the corpses of Orcs in Skûmfil, south-east of the Twenty-first Hall where Eilíefr stands.

Eilíefr has challenged you to defeat Brúmbereth in Skûmfil as proof of your worsth as awarrior. Few are wilful enough to withstand the reek of that horrific place.

Eilíefr: 'A fine trophy! Brúmbereth was too dangerous to be allowed to live, and I am glad to hear that she is gone once and for all.'

Eilíefr then examines the hide with a scrutinising eye. He sighs when he addresses you this time.

'This carapace is not the actual hide of Uammaethor, <name>, but a mere layer of her skeleton. I wonder if the grodbog-queen is truly dead....'
