Note however that the player does not need to actually craft the Heavy Cotton Cloak themselves; it can be purchased or crafted by another player. A tailor can make Heavy Cotton Cloak; turn them in to Léoflac at Ost Guruth.

Bestowal dialogue Attention tailors, Recent weeks have seen the destruction of much of our cloth and leather goods. Because of this, we need to restock in order to restore our trade business. If you can draft these items, please deliver some to Léoflac at our encampment at Ost Guruth. Background The Eglain has lost most of their cloth and leather goods in recent weeks, and they have asked tailors to craft various items so that they might begin restoring the trade that serves as the lifeblood of their community. Objective 1 Collect heavy cotton cloak (0/1) Deliver the heavy cotton cloak to Léoflac Craft a heavy cotton cloak and deliver it to Léoflac at the Eglain-encampment at Ost Guruth. To restore their cloth trade, the Eglain will require a good number of heavy cotton cloaks. Léoflac: 'These appear strong and sturdy. With these, we may once again trade with other people and be left alone to our own devices once more. 'Thank you for doing this.'
