Heikki Goldwatcher is found at the upper terrace of the Hall of Kings in Thorin's Hall, above the stairs beyond the bard. Bring the Damaged Dwarf-chest you collect during Old Treasures. Bring the Ancient Dwarf-chest you collect during The Other Chest.
