Quest Text

Bestowal dialogue 'Well, <name>, we have been lucky so far in that the Orcs and goblins infesting Khazad-dûm seem to be terribly disorganized and suffering from a lack of leadership since we arrived. It is well indeed that we have yet seen no sign of Durin's Bane.... 'Nevertheless, we cannot relax our guard. There is one particular leader among the nearby goblin-tribe who has been bold enough to lead a raid against us here, and I think it would be best if he doesn't live long enough to rally more of the goblins to his cause. 'See if you cannot perhaps weaken the goblin-forces in Gamil Filik in the tunnels to the south-east...and deal with their chieftain while you are at it.' Background Since the dwarf-expedition entered Moria, there has been no sign of Durin's Bane, and the goblins and Orcs have frequently been seen fighting among one another. Objective 1 Defeat Gathrok Defeat goblins in Gamil Filik (0/9) Gathrok and his goblins are in Gamil Filik, south-east of the Deep Descent. Stíling has asked you to defeat Gathrok, a goblin-chieftain, and weaken his forces. Stíling: 'I think it would be best for all of us if the goblin Gathrok did not live too much longer....' Objective 2 Talk to Stíling Stíling is at the dwarf-camp in the Deep Descent, north-west of Gamil Filik. You should return to Stíling and tell him of your deeds at Gamil Filik. Stíling: 'So, Gathrok has fallen. That should set the goblins back again in their efforts to organize against us.
