Bestowal dialogue

'There may just be a chance that you could help me and your dwarf-friends together. It seems to me that the stolen grain may still be at the Orcs' camp not far from here. If you can recover that grain for me, I'll be happy to offer it to the dwarves at half my normal price.

'The Orcs have a big camp to the south and west of here. I don't know where in the camp they would be keeping the stolen grain, but you should retrieve three large sacks.

'Bring me those sacks, and I'll see what I can do for the dwarves.'

Background

The Dwarves of Othrikar are beset by supply troubles, stemming from the incursion of Orcs and Wargs from the north and the betrayal of the Dourhands.

Objective 1

The stolen grain may be found at the Orc camp, south-west of Gatson's farm.

Hornbori sent you to speak with Farmer Gatson about purchasing some grain, but when you arrived, Gatson told you that Orcs had stolen all the grain he had. Gatson offered to sell the grain at half his normal price if you could recover his stolen grain sacks.

• Return the Grain Sacks to Gatson

'Aye, that's the grain. You've done a good job. Send these on to Othrikar, and tell their quartermaster, Hornbori, that he can send the payment another day.'

Objective 2

Hornbori awaits your return at Othrikar.

You successfully recovered the grain from the Orcs and brought it back to Gatson's farm. In turn, Gatson has asked you to deliver it to Hornbori.

'Oh, so you had to get the grain yourself from the Orcs? Well, half-price is half-price! This Gatson sounds like an honest man. We'll do more business with him if we can -- if things don't get too much worse around here.
