Bestowal dialogue 'That Wéthorm has been having a bit of fun at my expense, if you ask me! Well, we will have some sport as well and see how he likes it!' 'I will need your help, <name>. I am going to "improve" the toad stew by adding crawler bits to it, and then I will have you bring it to Wéthorm. Tell him that I made some improvements to the stew, and it is even better now! Oh, we will have the last laugh with this one, my dear <race>!' 'Gather some crawler legs and mandibles and bring them back to me, and we will set my plan in motion! You will find crawlers all throughout Tâl Bruinen, <name>, so start hunting!' Background Indor has decided to reciprocate Wéthorm's bad humour with an ill joke of his own. Objective 1 Collect bristly crawler legs (0/6) Collect slimy crawler mandibles (0/6) Crawlers can be found all throughout Tâl Bruinen. Indor has asked you to collect several pieces from the crawlers of Tâl Bruinen so he can have his revenge upon the dwarf who played a trick on him. Indor: 'There are crawlers all over Tâl Bruinen, <name>, but they especially like damp places. Bring me some of their bristly legs and slimy mandibles and we will teach that Wéthorn a lesson!' Objective 2 Bring the crawler legs and mandibles to Indor Indor is at the campfire at Echad Candelleth, in Tâl Bruinen. You have collected the crawler bits for which Indor asked and should now bring them to him, so he can add them to the stew he is preparing. Indor: 'Very good, <name>! These legs and mandibles are very unappealing and will be just the thing!' 'Do me a favour and grind them into mush on that grinding stone, will you?' Objective 3 Grind crawler bits into mush on the grinding stone The grinding stone is near the campfire at Echad Candelleth. Indor has asked you to grind the various crawler bits you recovered into mush on a nearby grinding stone. Indor says, "Grind them up right over there, like before." You grind crawler bits into mush Objective 4 Bring the crawler mush to Indor Indor is at the campfire at Echad Candelleth, in Tâl Bruinen. You have ground the crawler pieces you collected into mush and should now bring the mush to Indor so he can add it to the stew. Indor: 'This will do nicely, <name>. It looks terrible, and it smells worse! It is perfect!' 'Now, take this toad stew and bring it to the dwarf Wéthorm at Thorenhad. Tell him that I made some additions to the stew to made it taste even better, and I wanted to share it with him. And be sure to get a good look at his face when he takes a bite -- I want you to describe it to me, leave nothing out! We will have the last laugh, we will!' Indor: 'Thorenhad is north of here, in the Trollshaws, along the Bruinen Gorges. Wéthorm said that he was going to visit one of his kinsmen there for a while, and I am sure he is still there.' Objective 5 Bring improved toad stew to Wéthorm Wéthorm is at Thorenhad, in the Bruinen Gorges of the Trollshaws, north of the bear-dens. Indor has sent you to Wéthorm with his toad stew, and has asked you to play close attention to the dwarf's reaction to his first bite. Indor wishes to savour his revenge on the dwarf who tricked him into tasting the unpleasant toad stew. Indor says, "This is going to be great! Ha ha!" Indor: 'Wéthorm is staying at Thorenhad, north of here in the Bruinen Gorges of the Trollshaws, north of the bear-dens. Pay close attention to his first bite of my toad stew, because I want to savour my revenge!' Wéthorm: 'Hello, <name>! Wéthorm at your service and your family's! Ah, so you are a friend of Indor! He is a good Man, if a little too trusting, in these dangerous times. He would do well to learn that lesson early.' Wéthorm takes a tremendous bite of the toad stew, and his face lights up. He takes a second bite, and then a third, before handing the bowl back to you. Wéthorm says, 'This is delicious! A great improvement on my original!
