Quest Text

I do not know what that cursed lot hope to accomplish, but I doubt it a boon to our people. 'If you are passing through to Sardol as you said, please speak to my sister, Mellien, of the Dead. I can only hope they have not wandered so far away from their paths, or I fear something far worse than Orcs will befall the vale.' Background Concerned by the emergence of the Dead in Blackroot Vale, Sarnir has asked you to investigate how far their influence has grown. Objective 1 Talk to Mellien Mellien can be found in Sardol, to the south-east of Alagrant in Blackroot Vale. Sarnir is concerned that the Dead's influence might extend to the south and has asked you to aid the people of Sardol. Mellien: 'Malthellam asks us to sequester ourselves and cease our hunts? I fear it shall not be difficult to abide his rule, for you see, the majority of our hunters have gone missing in the past few days. 'I have heard nothing of the Dead, traveller, and I hope it stays that way. We have enough problems in Sardol as it stands.'
