Quest Chain

Warning! Some players have experienced a block in completion of "A Black Wind from the East," the parent quest "Trouble Enough," as well as all other quests following in this quest line if the player visits the Brigand Cave of Helstor and kills Hafoc. A quest starter item called a Turncoat's Note will be found on Hafoc when looted. If you turn in the note to Ceola before completing "Trouble Enough" (including "A Black Wind from the East") Dagbert will be found as a traitor and he will disappear from the camp. If this occurs you will not be able to complete "A Black Wind from the East" as well as the parent quest "Trouble Enough," nor will you be able to complete that specific quest line. After being exposed as a traitor in Sellswords and Turncoats, Dagbert will disappear from Etheburg (having fled capture). Alternate versions of his quests will be offered by Céola. Players will encounter him again, however - as the Captain of the First Ward in the Khundolar camp of Lashkarg, during the instance A Sunset Storm. Walkthrough & Notes
NOTE: This instance quest is meant to be run Solo and cannot be run in a group. Prerequisite: Complete Sellswords and Turncoats quest. I did Dagbert and Twiga's four quests in Lashkarg, and this quest unlocked even though I had not done Sellswords and Turncoats.

Quest Text

Bestowal dialogue 'Thanks in part to Dagbert's treachery, we can no longer refrain from dealing with the Khundolar. Though it may ultimately mean our deaths, we must strike at their heart before it is too late. 'This, then, is my hope: attack Lashkarg at sunset...take them off-guard, while they are resting. Perhaps then, we may hold some hope of success. 'Will you do this, <name>? If so, speak with me when you are ready to leave.' NOTE: This instance quest is meant to be run Solo and cannot be run in a group. Background The Khundolar war-camp has become a threat too great to ignore. Something must be done or the Easterlings will overrun Rohan. Objective 1 Talk to Céola when you are ready to assault Lashkarg Céola is at Etheburg in the Brown Lands. When you are ready to begin the attack on Lashkarg, you should speak with Céola. Céola: 'You are prepared to depart? Very well. May fortune go with you, <name>.' NOTE: This instance quest is meant to be run Solo and cannot be run in a group. Complete the Instance: A Sunset Storm quest. Objective 2 Talk to Céola at Etheburg in the Brown Lands Céola is at Etheburg in the Brown Lands. You should return to Céola with news of your victory. Céola: 'Well done, <name>. However, I fear that we must now brace ourselves for retaliation....'
