Higher level areas have a level restriction which means that if a character is too low:
- the area name under the mini-map is shown in red
- a warning is received on entering the area
- mobs aggro from much further away than usual, including normally non-aggressive mobs
- hunters cannot teleport the character there, captains can't summon them & characters cannot be summoned by a a summoning horn
Notes:
- Players are unable to enter the Ettenmoors until they reach level 40.
- The increased aggro does not affect chicken/session players.
