The Glass of Aglaral was given to all Founders when Lotro was released, through the Founders Program. All characters on such an account received a Glass, and new characters still receive a Glass upon creation.

If a character destroys the Glass, it is regained by using the /reclaim command.

Using the Glass will not consume it.
