Allows you to carry Holly Hornblower's pies (starting with Pie for the Green Dragon) without hungry Hobbits seeing you. The item has no impact on the similar and various spoiled pie quests.
The first use gives you a 5 minute +1 Hope buff, after holding the pie for 1 minute. (While holding the pie, you can move and run, but cannot fight or use skills.
