This skill replaces  Motivating Speech.

Effects

This skill will cause two effects to occur on you and nearby allies:  Motivated and  In Defence of Middle-earth.

The Captain's allies (within 80 metres) get, at most, the buff of the Captain's level. If the ally is much lower in level, they will then receive a buff equal to – at most – 9 levels above their own, not exceeding the level of the Captain.
