Effects
Using this skill causes Stealth to occur on yourself.
Interactions
The Burglar Tools Minor Legacy Hide in Plain Sight Cooldown will reduce the cooldown of this skill by up to 180 seconds.
Using the skill Ready and Able will reset the cooldown on this skill.
Tactical Information
This is one of your major rescue skills. If the time arises when all hope is lost and your fellowship is failing, use HiPS to save yourself. This can save you lots of repair bills.
It drops all threat.
It's also possible to get in stealth, so you can activate Trip for a conjunction.
After using this skill, a Riddled creature will attack you after it comes out of being Dazed. This can be used in your advantage; pull the creature you need to kill. Riddle it, use HiPS (all other creatures will reset), finish off.
The Legacy for this skill is especially helpful if you play a lot in the Ettenmoors.
