• The tide turns to your favour and the eye sees glory in all that you do. You are given greater benefit while the fight in the Ettenmoors persists. You control all locations in the Ettenmoors and the Artifacts as well.
• +5% Infamy Gain
  +5% Commendation Gain

Description

This effect appears to Creep Player Characters within the Ettenmoors whenever the Army of Angmar and at least some of the Ettenmoors Keeps (see below for details).

• This effect can change to Watchful Gaze depending on the sway of battle.

This bonus effect represents a objective for the Army of Angmar aka Creeps to defeat the Free Peoples in the Ettenmoors.

Relics:

• Requires The Fragment of Mordírith's Crown be held by the Army of Angmar in the Ettenmoors at Dâr-gazag.
• Requires The Gift of the Carrock be held by the Army of Angmar in the Ettenmoors at Dâr-gazag.

Locations to Capture:

This buff varies based on overall capture and control of Ettenmoors Keeps as follows:

• When all four Ettenmoors Keeps are controlled by the Creeps, this buff is at full effect as shown.

• When one of the following four Ettenmoors Keeps are are lost to the Freeps, Grimwood Lumber Camp, Lugazag, Tol Ascarnen, Tírith Rhaw this buff changes to Watchful Gaze.

As Keep control changes sides the buff can be replaced by Watchful Gaze, though any variation of the two types will stay active as long as Creeps control at least one Ettenmoors Keep.
