Effect Information
This skill applies a HoT and a morale bubble to all allies within a 10m radius.
Trait Information
The trait Exalted in the Benediction of Peace trait tree increases the bubble duration by up to 6 seconds and the heal by up to 25%.
The trait Overture of Hope in the Benediction of Peace trait tree adds a 10% incoming damage reduction and 10% incoming healing buff to the targets.
Tactical Information
This is one of the Rune-keeper's stronger AoE healing skills. It consumes all healing attunement, but provides a buffer for when a huge AoE hit is expected within 12 seconds.
Note that this skill also affects nearby NPCs, which is nice when healing in the Deeping Wall raid.
