Description

Dervorin is the son of Borhador the Old and heir apparent to the lordship of the Ringló Vale. His mother was named Halwen. Arvaethor is his brother and Laerind is his sister-in-law.

Dervorin came to Minas Tirith to aid in the defence of the White City when the beacons were lit, bringing with him most of the fighting force of his home town, Ethring. His brother, Arvaethor, stayed behind to handle the affairs their aging father could not.

Dervorin, Heir of Ringló Vale, is found on the Soldiers' Tier, across from the Training Hall. [64.0S,  18.1W]

Later, you meet him again atop the wall of the tier close to the mountain. [63.7S, 18.8W]

Dervorin is among the missing on the battlefield following the Battle of Pelennor Fields. He is found injured on the Pelennor Fields afterwards.

Quest Involvement

After the War, and his recovery, he attends the Wedding Banquet of King Elessar and Queen Arwen.

In the summer following the Great Wedding, Dervorin returns to the Ringló Vale. He assumes the role of acting Lord of the Vale and works with his brother to manage the affairs of Ethring.
