I was able to do the Fishermen quests without having completed 'The Search for the Missing Man'. I stumbled across the fishermen's hut and the quest 'A Quiet Life' was available there. I'm guessing 'Unaware of the Threat' is a vector quest but isn't actually required. -- Elinnea (talk) 03:45, 12 April 2017 (UTC)
