Need to figure out how...

I need to figure out how Skirmish Instances Deeds should be wired. It seems all of them are Slayer deeds, and then "Regional-sub" must be "Slayer" to satisfy the logic that determines the title icon (if any), but also to add it to "XYZ Slayer Deeds". It seems fair to have "Deed-type = Skirmish Instances", but then I wonder what happens if we make the code

}}{{#if:{{{Deed-subtype|}}}
   |[[Category:{{{Deed-subtype}}}{{#if:{{{Regional-sub|}}}| {{{Regional-sub}}}}} Deeds]]
   |{{#if:{{{Deed-type|}}}
     |[[Category:{{{Deed-type}}}{{#if:{{{Regional-sub|}}}| {{{Regional-sub}}}}} Deeds]]}}

That is, adding also at the last line. The parameter name "Regional-sub" is not really fitting here but I guess we can live with that.

I reverted some edits I had made until consequences are vented. Zimoon 12:29, 8 March 2012 (EST)

Renameing this category

After some review this Category:Skirmish Instances Deeds houses only the Barrow-downs Survival Deeds, which I have indexed and organized in a separate page Barrow-downs Survival Deeds for transduction. I suggest changing this category to a Barrow-downs only category. Matthew.zellmer (talk) 21:08, 12 October 2016 (UTC)

Done some fixes to the page (see Discussion), and agree that Skirmishes categories should be streamlined. I mean, today we have Category:Skirmish Instances Deeds which is useless and Category:Barrow-downs Survival Deeds‎ that contains only 1 page with index.
In game we have 2 separate tabs in the deed log: one is Skirmish Lieutenant for Lieutenants slayer deeds and another is Skirmish Instances for skirmishes encounter deeds AND Barrow-downs deeds. That's the problem. So at least all the encounter skirmish deeds should be placed into Category:Skirmish Instances Deeds. Barrow-downs deeds also should be presented there (as in game), but it's also good to have an individual subcategory for this skirmish. --Phindecano (talk) 05:50, 20 March 2017 (UTC)
