I want to add an item to https://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Category:Bow_Items page. How? Basically this appears to be a pre-requisite for adding an item (level 15 bow) to https://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Bows_(Level_11-20)_Index. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Jetron (Contribs • User Talk).

Not sure what you mean. The category page is automatically generated from the items belonging into the category (they have [[Category:Bow_Items]]). I think the item you were trying to add did not show first as you did not have righ and the edit had to be approved. I have promoted to ninja so you should see your edits now.
