Armour Set Interactions
Equipping 4 pieces of the Umbari Armour of the Nameless Deeps armour set acquired from the Depths of Mâkhda Khorbo Raid reduces the cooldown of this skill by 30 seconds, and makes this skill cause the next Staff Strike to open a Fellowship Manoeuvre.
Tactical Information
Call to the Valar can be deliberately planned to use in specific situations, or can be used as a solution to emergency cases. The first is mainly the case with crowd-control, as it allows a Yellow-line Lore-master to reset the cooldown of Storm Lore and Test of Will. This skill is also very useful for Red-line Lore-masters, who can use this skill to reset the cooldown of their biggest damage skills. Because of its long cooldown, you should plan out exactly when you want to use this skill in a fellowship encounter.
Furthermore, the skill makes the Lore-master immune to all induction setbacks for a duration of ten seconds. This feature is especially worthwhile in the Ettenmoors, where creeps will not be able to interrupt you while using big damage skills like Ents go to War and Lightning Storm.
