Blade of Elendil require that you be in a Battle-hardened state to execute, and consumes this effect when used.
The trait 
Hardened Heart increases Critical Damage of Melee Skills while under this effect by up to 15%.
The tracery Battle-hardened Incoming Damage makes this effect reduce incoming damage by up to an additional 5.5%.
The tracery Outgoing Healing Buff makes this effect additionally increase outgoing healing by up to 16.5%.
