Quest Text

"A powerful sorceror from Angmar seeks to drive the frozen winds of Forochel south into Evendim, freezing the lake and allowing a great army to march on Tinnudir...." Background Angmar is attempting to use dark powers to call forth a blizzard to freeze Evendim. Objective 1 Take the first canyon The first canyon is ahead. To proceed forward, you must claim it. Objective 2 Take the second canyon The second canyon is ahead. To proceed forward, you must claim it. Objective 3 Take the third canyon The third canyon is ahead. To proceed forward, you must claim it. Objective 4 Defeat the Angmarim sorceror and claim the cave The Angmarim Sorceror is performing his ritual in the cave ahead. He must be stopped if Evendim is to be saved. Guinokh says, "The winds of Forochel will sweep onto the shores of Evendim and freeze the lake solid!" Guinokh says, "The last refuge of the Rangers shall fall before my frozen blade!" Guinokh says, "You will be a suitable exercise. Prepare yourselves!" Guinokh says, "You will pay for breaking my concentration!" Guinokh says, "Mammoth! Awaken and destroy them!" Guinokh says, "You will pay for breaking my concentration!" Guinokh says, "Mammoth, awaken and join me in their destruction!" Angmar's plan has been foiled. Evendim is safe, for now.
